While I'm all for faith based programs to follow whatever set of rules they want. If they are going to break Federal Discrimination Laws they shouldn't get Federal Funding. If they want their own rules they need to be full private funding only As of right now these faith based groups do NOT help unwanted children. They can't get federal funds unless they are forced to go against their religious beleifs. These Pooh Is this jolly enough shirt  groups DO want to help unwanted children within their communities but are unable to without federal funds. If this passed it would open up MORE programs for unwanted children not less.
